About the role

  • Support resume screening processes and analysis of behavioral profiles
  • Conduct and assist in group exercises and collective interviews
  • Attend individual interviews, internal and external, alongside the Recruitment & Selection team
  • Support the organization, facilitation, and follow-up of workshops and learning programs
  • Assist with schedule management and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and observations
  • Support initiatives and projects in the area focused on candidate experience and process improvement

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Psychology degree program.
