About the role

  • Ensure the efficient and continuous operation of systems;
  • Provide Tier II technical support for end users, resolving complex issues related to digital products;
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems to ensure availability and proper performance;
  • Deliver and develop training for end users and Tier I support staff, ensuring they understand how to use systems effectively;
  • Manage incidents reported by users, following troubleshooting procedures and escalating when necessary;
  • Monitoring and Alerts: Configure and tune monitoring tools;
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation about the systems, including support procedures and troubleshooting guides;
  • Work collaboratively with software development teams to ensure end-user needs are addressed in the systems;
  • Ensure systems comply with the cooperative's specific standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in systems support and IT service management.
  • Desirable experience with API testing, support tools, and DevOps.
  • Desirable certifications in operating systems (for example, Microsoft Certified Professional), networking (for example, CompTIA Network+), or in specific healthcare systems (such as certifications provided by healthcare system vendors).
