About the role
- Ensure the efficient and continuous operation of systems
- Provide Level II technical support to end users and healthcare professionals (on-site on some days of the week), resolving complex issues related to clinical systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on clinical systems to ensure availability and proper performance
- Develop and deliver training for end users and Level I support staff, ensuring they can use clinical systems effectively
- Manage incidents reported by users, following troubleshooting procedures and escalating when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for clinical systems, including support procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure end-user needs are addressed in clinical systems
- Ensure clinical systems comply with healthcare-specific standards and cooperative regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in systems support, especially in environments using diagnostic imaging clinical systems (PACS)
- Knowledge of the PIXEON platform is highly valued
- Familiarity with hospital management systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex software issues used in clinical areas
- Understanding of computer networks and data security
- Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle is a plus
