About the role

  • Control, audit, and resolve inconsistencies in electronic time clocks and work schedules.
  • Ensure accurate time and attendance tracking for employees.
  • Monitor and update payroll systems, seeking automation and process improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor less-experienced team members within the unit.
  • Track and monitor personnel administration indicators.
  • Prepare management reports on labor costs, payroll charges, and area metrics.
  • Serve as technical support for managers on labor law matters and HR practices.
  • Establish and update standard operating procedures in accordance with the company’s quality policy.
  • Assist employees by clarifying questions related to their work processes.
  • Respond to labor inspections by planning and organizing the team’s response and reporting to Management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Experience and familiarity with time and attendance control, electronic timekeeping, and work schedule management, with attention to legal risks.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge is desirable.
