About the role
- Control, audit, and resolve inconsistencies in electronic time clocks and work schedules.
- Ensure accurate time and attendance tracking for employees.
- Monitor and update payroll systems, seeking automation and process improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor less-experienced team members within the unit.
- Track and monitor personnel administration indicators.
- Prepare management reports on labor costs, payroll charges, and area metrics.
- Serve as technical support for managers on labor law matters and HR practices.
- Establish and update standard operating procedures in accordance with the company’s quality policy.
- Assist employees by clarifying questions related to their work processes.
- Respond to labor inspections by planning and organizing the team’s response and reporting to Management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Experience and familiarity with time and attendance control, electronic timekeeping, and work schedule management, with attention to legal risks.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge is desirable.
