About the role

  • Conduct hiring/onboarding processes, including document verification, system registration, benefits enrollment, submission of information to eSocial, and support for new employee integration.
  • Manage and monitor electronic timekeeping, performing data import, processing and calculations, as well as entries for medical certificates, declarations, paid leave adjustments, and work schedules.
  • Perform timekeeping closure and provide reports for validation by managers and employees.
  • Process vacations, performing calculations and forwarding payment requests to the responsible departments.
  • Prepare and process payroll, analyzing earnings and deductions, interfacing with the Finance team and sending bank files for payment.
  • Make entries and controls related to payments for directors and board members, including attendance fees and mileage reimbursements.
  • Administer corporate benefits, performing additions, removals and updates of employees in health, dental and air medical transport plans.
  • Record and update institutional information in corporate systems, including Unimed Brazil's CADU and internal management controls.
  • Conduct offboarding processes, performing termination calculations, system removals, benefit cancellations and contractual homologations.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on Personnel Administration routines and labor legislation.
  • Support Unimed entities in Minas Gerais with Personnel Administration-related requests, providing technical information and clarifications.
  • Ensure correct and timely submission of information to eSocial and other competent authorities.
  • Perform related activities as directed by management and, when applicable, support requests related to the Unimed Minas Gerais Institute.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Personnel Administration / Payroll.
  • Knowledge of eSocial and labor legislation.
  • Knowledge of LG System is desirable.
