- Leading project management of innovation projects for Sunsilk, Dove, and Tresemme
- Understanding global trends and leading project innovation design
- Co-leading strategic thinking and global innovation toolbox deployment
- Leading on-trend innovations with break-through science
- End-to-end execution of projects in Arabia and globally where applicable
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Innovation and Comms/Engagement in Beauty or Personal Care
- Strong passion and eye for detail in beauty and craftsmanship
- Relevant experience in strategy and mix crafting for beauty brands
- Consumer obsession to represent their voice in brand discussions
- Experience managing cross-cultural relationships with multiple markets
- Successful communication both above and below the line
- Experience managing relationships with global advertising agency partners
- Strong communication skills to articulate clear points of view
- Problem-solving skills to identify and articulate issues with proposed solutions
- Curiosity and empathy towards understanding consumers
- Consumer-centric and alert with market trends
- Creative thinking with good creative judgement
- Leadership skills and reliability to keep the team accountable
- Strong analytical skills and good business acumen
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic speaker preferred.
