Executive Assistant

• Provide high-level, day-to-day support to the CEO
• Proactively manage a complex and ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones
• Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO’s time, inbox, and priorities
• Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups for meetings
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (international and domestic), including itineraries, accommodation, and visas where required
• Support the co-ordination of SLT offsites including booking accommodation and travel.
• Liaise with internal teams, the SLT, external partners and investors on behalf of the CEO
• Support on special projects as required, often at short notice
• Anticipate issues before they arise and propose practical solutions
• Provide flexible support during irregular hours when required due to global time
