About the role
- Work focused on the financial cycle of the card product, including reconciliations, process analysis and review of the payment arrangement with process participants (merchants, acquirers and card networks), payment allocations and budget analyses.
- Respond to requests from cooperatives and internal stakeholders, whether as temporary demands or established routines, through our multichannel support via chat, internal tickets, or verbal communication.
- Participate in meetings and alignments with suppliers and partners to contribute to the structuring of future projects and/or monitor the execution of ongoing initiatives, and act proactively in proposing improvements or identifying issues that require correction.
- Manage the routines inherent to the credit card product and related services through activities that include collection assessments, payment allocations, reconciliations of payments to suppliers, and oversight of the entire card lifecycle within the payment arrangement in which we participate.
- Serve as a collaborative problem-solver to drive continuous improvement in team performance, evaluating automation opportunities, new tools or processes aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
- Experience in financial processes such as reconciliations, results analysis, accounting understanding and budget analysis.
- Experience in companies operating within payment arrangements (issuers, acquirers, card networks, fintechs or card-issuing institutions).
- Intermediate Excel skills, with strong command of formulas and the creation of spreadsheets and reports.
- Knowledge of legislation applicable to the financial sector or payment methods.
- Data analysis skills and critical thinking to support decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple demands with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude to identify improvements and resolve recurring issues.
