About the role
- Manage and coordinate EU-funded R&D projects, based in Greece and/or Luxemburg
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and project financials
- Liaise with consortium partners and European stakeholders fostering strong collaboration and communication
- Prepare and review reports, deliverables, and proposals
- Identify risks to ensure project continuity and success
- Ensure full compliance with the related funding programme requirements as well as the projects’ objectives and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management
- Proven track record in EU-funded R&D projects, including experience as an official Coordinator in at least one
- Degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Computer Science or related field
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Effective communicator with diverse business stakeholders
- Proficient use of English (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Experience in international and cross functional environments
- Willingness and ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset
