About the role
- Handle production incident tickets
- Ensure the follow-up of incident management documentation
- Continuously update and improve resolution procedures
- Respond to requests from internal users (via email and by phone)
- Actively participate in support during peak periods
- Continuously improve and industrialize routine processes to take on increasingly complex support tasks over time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience in Application Support or a similar role
- Solid experience in ticket management and issue resolution
- Strong communication skills, with experience supporting users via email and phone
- Proven ability to maintain and update technical and procedural documentation
- Technical skills: beginner-level experience (1–3 years) in PL/SQL, PowerShell scripting, SQL, and Unix; familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus
- Fluency in French (Full professional proficiency) and English (Professional proficiency) both written and spoken are mandatory
