About the role

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and maintain Atlassian Data Center infrastructures (Jira, Confluence).
  • Act as a technical consultant, ensuring effective configuration, monitoring, and customization through advanced scripting and optimization.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Atlassian Data Center instances (Jira, Confluence) ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and upgrade systems to maintain stability and security.
  • Design and configure solutions using Atlassian tools and optimize add-ons (EazyBI, Zephyr, ScriptRunner).
  • Develop and implement custom scripts, automations, and integrations via Groovy, Java, and REST APIs.
  • Test and validate configurations and code before deployment.
  • Provide technical support, create documentation, and deliver workshops and training.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • University or College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Technical Consultant for Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
  • Management of Atlassian Data Center infrastructures, including installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades (Linux/Windows administration, JVM tuning, database connectivity).
  • Development of advanced customizations and automations using Groovy (ScriptRunner) and Java/J2EE.
  • Integration of systems through Jira REST APIs and configuration of complex add-ons (EazyBI, Zephyr, ScriptRunner).
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and version control systems (GIT).
  • Effective communication in Greek and English (written and verbal) and clear documentation of technical specifications.
  • Collaboration with teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to new tools and methodologies, with suggestions and implementation of improvements to infrastructure and workflows.
  • Problem-solving skills for complex technical issues, combined with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator) – considered a strong plus.
  • Flexibility for travel within Greece and abroad
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
