About the role
- Reviewing and processing specification documents (digital/paperless)
- Recording, costing and tracking offers in the ERP/inventory management system
- Preparing tailored offers aligned with customer needs
- Providing telephone advice and support to our customers
- Performing supportive sales activities
- Preparing statistics on submitted offers and handling related administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in technical wholesale, or vocational training in electrical engineering
- Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills combined with a strong service orientation
- Enjoyment of sales-oriented work
- High degree of independence and ability to work autonomously
