About the role
- Provide personal and telephone support and advice to customers
- Prepare tailored quotes and orders based on customer needs
- Monitor and maintain special pricing arrangements
- Act in the best interest of our customers with business foresight
- Support our field sales team in day-to-day operations
- Handle counter sales and the issuing of goods
Requirements
- Ideally completed electrical training, e.g., electrician/installer, technician, or master electrician; alternatively, commercial training with a background in technical wholesale
- Extensive product knowledge desirable
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Hands-on mentality
- Enjoy working in a sales-oriented role
