About the role
- Engage and acquire new payment providers through strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify key payment methods required in specific regions.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with payment providers.
- Facilitate, support, and oversee the onboarding process for new providers.
- Collaborate with existing providers to negotiate commercial terms and explore new opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive reporting on interactions with payment providers.
- Work closely with the Payments Department to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas, staying up-to-date with payment product and service trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the high-risk segment within the payments industry.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a strong plus.
- Experience in working with markets in India, Latin America, and Japan is advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of payment sources and industry trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for win-win negotiations.
- Proactive and creative approach to business development.
