Manager

• Drive the Diamond Sports Footwear & Accessories and Volleyball Footwear businesses from product concept to commercialization
• Work with key partners to author & drive a long-term strategic business plan, innovation road maps (short-term and long-term), technology cadence as well as consumer experience
• Execute product vision in partnership with Merchandising for each season.
• Partner with Design, Development, Commercialization and Sourcing to manage the product creation process and ensure product is built in accordance with the line architecture and margin requirements

• Direct and manage event development from beginning to end ie: define project scope, goals, KPI’s, preplanning, design, conceptualization, execution, budget management and recaps
• Include but not limited to scheduling meetings/site visits, developing workback calendars, event master docs, presentations, event recaps, budget trackers, contracts, and hotel accommodations, shipping and fulfillment of materials

• Lead and evolve Digital Commerce Operations through efficient, scalable processes and clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and decision rights aligned with key partners including Technology, Creative, Go-To-Market, Marketing, Operations and Commercial partners, ensuring alignment to revenue priorities.
• Own the digital commerce operating model, including operating rhythms, milestone governance, and launch readiness across UA.com and the App, with clear linkage to commercial goals and LRP delivery.
• Lead a portfolio of highly complex, cross-functional and transformative initiatives that advance digital commerce priorities and enable achievement of Long-Range Plan (LRP) revenue targets.
• Translate commercial strategy into clear execution plans, roadmaps, and RACI models that drive accountability, speed, and measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Analytics to establish and maintain actionable KPIs and operating dashboards that provide visibility into execution health, business performance, and progress against revenue goals.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to optimize end-to-end workflows across the digital commerce ecosystem by leveraging process improvement and technology enablement to support revenue growth.
• Partner with Finance on AOP/LRP planning, scenario analysis, and investment prioritization, ensuring alignment of resources to highest-impact revenue opportunities.
