About the role
- Own editorial planning and content strategy for UA Women’s social channels across platforms– including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
- Capture, edit, and post social-first content, with a focus on authenticity, personality, and cultural relevance.
- Concept social series that spotlight product insights, behind-the-scenes access, innovation explainers, and athlete stories in ways that feel organic and build audience trust.
- Manage the Women’s social content calendar, ensuring alignment with global brand moments, campaigns, and product launches
- Capture, edit, and post content to support in real-time sports moments and cultural moments
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Category teams to ensure social storytelling reflects Women’s category positioning, creative vision, and cultural moments
- Collaborate with PR, Sports Marketing, and athlete/creator partners to spotlight women athletes, creators, and stories in authentic and compelling ways
- Serve as a strategic partner to regional marketing teams, providing guidance on local Women’s content that ladders up to global strategy
- Lead ideation and execution for Women’s digital and social activations, including campaigns, athlete moments, and cultural tentpoles
- Identify emerging trends, platform behaviors, and audience insights to evolve how UA connects with women through social
- Track performance against KPIs and translate data into actionable insights for internal partners
- Build and maintain a test-and-learn roadmap focused on new formats, creators, partnerships, and storytelling approaches for Women’s
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing, preferably within women’s, sport, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Deep understanding of social-first storytelling and the cultural landscape surrounding women in sport and lifestyle
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to lead projects end-to-end as an individual contributor
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to inform strategy
- Passion for women’s sport, culture, and community-building is essential
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom a plus
