About the role

  • Work closely with Channel Merchandising for the seasonal buy, sizing analysis and Flow input
  • E2E Blue Yonder system operation of seasonal buy
  • Work out weekly business report and basic analysis on sales performance
  • Data consolidation for reports and numerical insights required
  • Inventory leverage across channels to optimize the sell through
  • Assist the development and management of weekly demand and pricing plans across categories (full price, promotions, markdowns) to ensure alignment with financial and sales targets
  • PO delivery tracking and action call out for key campaign delay
  • Inventory Rolling forecast by inline/Events/Old products to manage the inventory efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Merch Planning, Demand Planning and Allocation
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work within a team and support planning initiatives
  • Experience with data analysis & visualization tools for reporting and insights, preferred with Blue Yonder’s Planning module or similar planning tools
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate key data findings to non-technical teams, with guidance, ensuring alignment with broader business goals
