Drive strategic execution, managing the roadmap for BPO projects to deliver measurable efficiency gains and unlock creative potential.

Requirements

10+ years experience in product operations, business process optimization, or related fields, with proven expertise in PLM systems and transformation initiatives.
3-5+ years of people management experience leading teams of analysts, project managers or process specialists.
Strong understanding of apparel and footwear development cycles, including concept-to-commercialization processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across Design, Product, Development, Regional Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and IT.
Proven success managing a roadmap for BPO and/or shared service initiatives, including vendor selection, SLAs, KPIs, and governance.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear goals and measurable outcomes for a team, with strong prioritization and delegation skills.
Hands-on experience with PLM/ERP platforms (e.g., Centric, Enovia, SAP), workflow automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, UiPath), and data governance frameworks.
Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to solve complex challenges.
Strong data fluency and ability to translate business requirements into metrics; comfortable with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL basics.
