About the role

  • Translate global supply chain strategies into actionable regional plans, ensuring consistent alignment between APAC operations and global priorities.
  • Create and implement APAC-specific supply chain strategies aligned with regional market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Facilitate and orchestrate strategic planning process in APAC working alongside global and regional commercial counterparts.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives (e.g., warehouse footprint optimization, contract review & renewal with 3PLs, enabling network optimization with 3PLs etc.).
  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the supply chain organization.
  • Implement standardized processes and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to global policies, compliance requirements, and sustainability standards.
  • Monitor risk and implement mitigation strategies for regional supply chain operations.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track regional performance.
  • Monitor APAC supply chain trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction.
  • Act as the primary liaison between APAC supply chain teams, APAC commercial teams and global supply chain.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to enable seamless execution.
  • Host APAC supply chain internal management review meetings.
  • Develop regional supply chain talent, fostering strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across APAC markets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, operations, or consulting, preferably within APAC markets.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and operational execution within complex, multi-country environments.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, sourcing, planning, and digital supply chain trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures and functions.
  • Ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
