About the role

  • Manage and build strong partnerships with approximately 15–20 key enterprise clients
  • Conduct regular monthly check-ins and maintain consistent communication cadence
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, service needs, and relationship development
  • Support long-term retention strategies through proactive engagement and follow-through
  • Prepare and deliver usage and performance reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analyze client activity trends to identify risks, growth opportunities, and service expansion potential
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Partner with Sales and Operations teams to identify opportunities to expand services
  • Support initiatives to grow relationships across national law firm networks representing enterprise clients
  • Assist in coordinating implementation efforts and ensuring a consistent client experience
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and client service teams to support enterprise initiatives
  • Maintain accurate client data and reporting visibility within CRM systems
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and client requests in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Must have 5–7 years of experience in litigation support, legal services, or a related professional services environment
  • Proven success managing ongoing enterprise or strategic client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and translate data into action
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
  • Confident communicator comfortable with proactive client outreach.
