About the role

  • Own post-sales success for Uncountable’s customers, driving renewals, expansion, and advocacy
  • Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and keep both internal teams and customer stakeholders aligned
  • Increase customer engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, and deep knowledge of customer activity
  • Become a trusted advisor by demonstrating ROI, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring customer success
  • Partner with Sales to design and execute expansion strategies for key accounts
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to identify improvements to the product and customer journey
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” internally, advocating for customer needs and improvements

Requirements

  • 2–5 years: Prior experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
  • 5+ years: Track record of independently managing enterprise accounts and influencing executive stakeholders
  • 8-10+ years: Deep experience leading strategic accounts, building executive partnerships
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to travel 20–30%
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographic customers
  • Passion for science, chemistry or artificial intelligence
  • An aptitude for statistics, mathematics
