About the role
- Own post-sales success for Uncountable’s customers, driving renewals, expansion, and advocacy
- Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and keep both internal teams and customer stakeholders aligned
- Increase customer engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, and deep knowledge of customer activity
- Become a trusted advisor by demonstrating ROI, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring customer success
- Partner with Sales to design and execute expansion strategies for key accounts
- Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to identify improvements to the product and customer journey
- Act as the “voice of the customer” internally, advocating for customer needs and improvements
Requirements
- 2–5 years: Prior experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
- 5+ years: Track record of independently managing enterprise accounts and influencing executive stakeholders
- 8-10+ years: Deep experience leading strategic accounts, building executive partnerships
- Outstanding executive presence and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to travel 20–30%
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographic customers
- Passion for science, chemistry or artificial intelligence
- An aptitude for statistics, mathematics
