About the role
- Own and manage a high-volume pipeline of SMB deals, working on smaller-ticket opportunities from first contact through to close
- Run outreach and qualification calls independently, building your sales instincts in a real, revenue-generating environment
- Support the commercial team with the due diligence process — ensuring deals progress efficiently and close on time
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data (HubSpot) across your pipeline, including call notes, deal stages, and next steps
- Learn to identify and articulate Uncapped's value proposition to e-commerce founders and decision-makers
- Develop your understanding of fintech lending and the e-commerce landscape to become a trusted advisor to prospects
Requirements
- You’re ambitious and hungry to build a career in sales. You’re willing to put in the work, enjoy the challenge of winning, and are motivated to succeed in a quota-carrying role with the opportunity to earn commission.
- Strong communicator — you're confident on the phone, clear in writing, and know how to listen
- Organised and detail-oriented — you don't let things slip and you take ownership of your pipeline
- Coachable — you actively seek feedback and apply it quickly
- Competitive but collaborative — you want to win, and you want your team to win too
- Some exposure to a sales, customer-facing, or fast-paced commercial environment is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus
