Lead, coach, and develop a team of functional and technical consultants responsible for ERP implementations, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, delivery excellence, and continuous learning
Ensure consistent, high-quality implementations that drive customer adoption and measurable business outcomes
Serve as an escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders, helping resolve delivery challenges and maintaining strong customer relationships
Drive team performance against key Professional Services metrics (e.g., utilization, realization, backlog, revenue, margins, CSAT)
Monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce implementation timelines, and improve overall customer experience
Oversee scoping, estimating, and staffing for implementations, ensuring the right resources are assigned to projects and that delivery commitments align with team capacity and business goals
Support both fixed-fee and time-and-materials (T&M) engagements while maintaining predictable delivery and strong financial performance
Continuously improve service delivery processes to reduce time-to-value (TTV), improve customer satisfaction, and increase implementation efficiency
Identify opportunities to leverage industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI capabilities to improve consulting productivity and delivery outcomes
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery and ultimately long-term customer adoption and success

Requirements

5+ years of consulting experience within B2B software
2+ years of experience leading and mentoring consulting or delivery teams
Strong understanding of Professional Services metrics such as utilization, realization, margin, backlog, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Experience managing complex software implementation projects
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence, sometimes without direct authority
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
