Lead client engagements to assess data needs, define requirements, and deliver custom data solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Own historical data migrations from clients’ legacy systems into Unanet ERP AE, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements.
Design, implement, and validate complex SQL queries, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards, using AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve speed, quality, and insight.
Provide expert-level analytics and reporting services, transforming raw data into clear, actionable information for clients and internal stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior consultants on data best practices, tooling, and project delivery, elevating the overall capability of the team.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate data analysis, report/dashboard development, documentation, and quality validation while maintaining responsibility for reconciliation and sign-off.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, scope, and quality to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
Experience using AI-assisted tools to support data analysis, reporting, or documentation, with the ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
Extensive experience with SQL, SSRS, and Power BI building complex, production-grade solutions.
Advanced skills in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
Strong background in relational databases and data architecture, including schema design and performance optimization.
Proven expertise managing large-scale data migrations from legacy systems, including planning, mapping, execution, and reconciliation.
Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding junior team members or cross-functional partners.
