About the role

  • Support and execute end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles aligned with open positions
  • Conduct initial interviews and assist with technical interviews and hiring manager interviews
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Post job openings across various channels and recruitment platforms
  • Help build and improve the candidate experience
  • Maintain tracking controls, KPIs, and recruitment reports
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Support onboarding processes after candidate approval

Requirements

  • Degree or currently studying in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Interest and/or experience in Recruitment and Selection
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, able to prioritize, and attentive to detail
  • Familiarity with digital tools and recruitment platforms
  • Prior experience recruiting for technology companies (preferred)
  • Experience with remote roles and online selection processes (preferred)
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviews (preferred)
