About the role
- Support and execute end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles aligned with open positions
- Conduct initial interviews and assist with technical interviews and hiring manager interviews
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process
- Post job openings across various channels and recruitment platforms
- Help build and improve the candidate experience
- Maintain tracking controls, KPIs, and recruitment reports
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Support onboarding processes after candidate approval
Requirements
- Degree or currently studying in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Interest and/or experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, able to prioritize, and attentive to detail
- Familiarity with digital tools and recruitment platforms
- Prior experience recruiting for technology companies (preferred)
- Experience with remote roles and online selection processes (preferred)
- Knowledge of competency-based interviews (preferred)
