• Ensure the headcount for UMAI’s growth.
• Scout talent worldwide to grow our team and to retain our existing talent within UMAI.
• Follow all the steps of UMAI’s recruitment process: determine current staffing needs, produce forecasts, make job descriptions, source candidates, screen CVs, handle interviews, own recruitment projects, onboard new employees.
• Prepare documentation (employment contracts, reference letters, guides).
• Involve in employer branding: enhance UMAI’s brand through job portals, social media, career fairs, and events. Ensure positive experiences for new team members.
• Support and improve UMAI’s internal brand, assisting in employee retention and development measures.

Head of Recruitment – Ukraine

• Ensure UMAI has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time to drive growth.
• Lead a team of at least three recruiters and oversee the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles across tech and non-tech functions.
• Scout talent worldwide to grow the team and retain existing talent within UMAI.
• Follow all steps of UMAI’s recruitment process including determining staffing needs, making job descriptions and sourcing candidates.
• Handle interviews, prepare documentation and own recruitment projects.
• Prepare documentation (employment contracts, reference letters, guides) and enhance UMAI’s brand through job portals and social media.
• Support and improve UMAI’s internal brand and assist in measures regarding employee retention and development.

Head of Recruitment – Poland

• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing channels.
• Build, nurture, and manage talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess candidate fit based on role requirements, competencies, and growth potential.
• Deliver a structured, data-driven, and fair recruitment process across all roles.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience to support strong new-hire integration and early engagement.
• Continuously improve hiring processes to enhance speed, quality, and consistency of hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipeline tracking, and hiring reports to support decision-making.
• Provide a positive, efficient, and professional hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
