• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create comprehensive audio-visual system designs
• Support the installation and integration of audio-visual systems
• Assist the assigned Project Manager in managing audio-visual projects from inception to completion
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are comfortable using their new audio-visual systems
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all audio-visual projects
