Financial Planning and Analysis

• Fully participate on the Senior Executive Team

• Produce visually striking high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for digital displays, LED video walls, interactive kiosks, and web experiences.
• Develop brand-aligned creative concepts and deliverables for marketing, presentations, and digital installations.
• Create 3D models, environments, and animations using industry-standard tools.
• Develop engaging motion graphics, product visualizations, and immersive 3D sequences.
• Optimize 3D content for real-time engines or high-resolution render pipelines based on project needs.
• Design and build interactive digital experiences, including touchscreen interfaces, experiential environments, and dynamic content for custom installations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create memorable user journeys and functional UX/UI for digital products and physical environments.
• Translate creative concepts into functional interactive applications using modern web technologies, real-time engines, or digital signage platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure visual and functional accuracy across hardware and software ecosystems.
• Implement responsive and scalable design systems to support multi-format deployments.
• Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to concept and execute high-impact digital content.

Sales

• drive revenue growth from initial market entry through scale for integrated solutions
• build, manage, and expand relationships with AV systems integrators, consultants, and strategic partners
• recruit, enable, and support integrator partners with training, tools, and technical resources
• drive co-selling activities with integrators from opportunity identification through project close
• support RFPs, bids, and large-scale project pursuits
• identify, pursue, and close high-value AV LED opportunities with commercial customers
• develop a strong pipeline of new projects and repeat business
• negotiate complex contracts involving hardware, integration, and service
• establish scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting
• track KPIs, pipeline health, and partner performance
• hire, train, and mentor sales managers or account executives as the business grows
• serve as a subject-matter expert on AV LED display solutions, integration requirements, and use cases
• stay current on AV technology trends, competitors, and emerging standards
• provide market and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and service offerings

Integration Sales Director

• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies that align with the company’s goals and market opportunities
