About the role
- Create and execute recruitment strategies in partnership with management to attract, identify and source top candidates.
- Coach managers and provide guidance on performance management and organizational planning.
- Interpret and apply company HR policies, procedures and programs to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs.
- Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources (HR), business or related field.
- 5+ years of HR or business experience.
- Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and Microsoft Office knowledge.
