About the role
- Direct daily Corporate building operations, ensuring Uline’s quality and performance standards are met.
- Oversee a Facilities team of 150+ employees to foster a positive culture and ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct facilities audits and work with managers to resolve any issues to ensure campuses are in top shape.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors supporting custodial, food services, landscaping, FF&E and facility projects.
- Develop budgets and reports to shape long-term strategy for facility projects and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience managing facilities teams.
- Experience managing large corporate offices, grounds, food service, etc.
- Finance or Accounting knowledge a plus.
