About the role

  • Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow and expectations, conducting check-in meetings and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions and year-end reviews.
  • Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed.
  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 1+ year in a customer service setting.
  • Experience with exemption certificates is preferred, but we will train you!
  • Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
