About the role

  • Hiring across different departments and locations around Europe.

  • Composing and executing creative sourcing strategies against prioritized positions to develop superior talent pipelines.
  • Maintaining exceptional standards and data integrity across tools and systems.
  • Writing and improving job descriptions to attract talent and set up expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in recruitment, in house or consultancy.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
