About the role
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
- Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations,to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
- Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a fluent level of Spanish and English.
- Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus
- Flexible, resilient and happy with ambiguity and changes
- Confident to work in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
