About the role
- Provide strategic leadership and ownership of insurance product filings
- Direct filing strategies for large, cross-functional projects
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with State Departments of Insurance
- Collaborate with Product and Pricing on form, rate, and rule filings
- Conduct regulatory and competitive research to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 7+ years of related property and casualty insurance work experience
- 5+ years of related filing and regulatory experience required
- Advanced knowledge of SERFF filing system
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and Adobe.
