About the role

  • Payroll and HR administration expertise
  • Full payroll management for a subsidiary, from onboarding to termination
  • Post-payroll processing and absence management
  • Operational support during recruitment campaigns
  • Conducting compensation studies and preparing data for NAO (annual mandatory negotiations) and audits
  • Support to HRBPs on operational recruitments
  • Support in deploying the skills development plan
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes and interview campaigns
  • Development and rollout of the Individual Social Report (Bilan Social Individuel - BSI)
  • Enhancing the Group's presence and employer brand at school and career fairs
  • Analysis of HR data related to the company's carbon footprint
  • Updating internal procedures in line with legislative changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in industry
  • Proficient in payroll management and office software
  • Adaptability and organizational skills enabling you to manage HR projects (onboarding, BSI)
  • Analytical mindset to monitor and analyze dashboards
  • Solution-oriented approach to resolve complex HR issues with rigor and autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good listening ability
  • Autonomy, responsiveness and a strong sense of priorities
  • Recognized for discretion and respect for confidentiality
