About the role

  • You lead the Group's overall supply chain strategy
  • On a day-to-day basis, you oversee procurement, production planning, logistics, transportation and physical flows
  • You also play a key coordinating role among all Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Define and drive the Group's Supply Chain strategy
  • Define the Supply Chain strategy (flows, forecasting, planning, inventory and transportation)
  • Deploy it across all Group activities through functional leadership
  • Structure and optimize information and material flows
  • Oversee relationships with Supply Chain partners
  • Manage the Group's inventory and transportation policies
  • Ensure controlled budget management by overseeing the department budget
  • Define and monitor KPIs to guarantee a high level of service
  • Lead and support strategic projects
  • Manage and motivate teams
  • Handle HR management for the department (recruitment, skills development, performance reviews...)

Requirements

  • Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in Supply Chain, engineering or business school
  • 10 to 15+ years' experience in Supply Chain
  • Broad, cross-functional view of the Supply Chain with knowledge of all its links
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong knowledge of core Supply Chain principles and information systems (ERP, digital demand and production planning tools, WMS...)
  • Experienced in performance management and comfortable with measurement tools and operational indicators
  • Recognized leader who can unite large teams and drive change with rigor and pragmatism
  • Customer-oriented, organized and analytical; demonstrates rigor, anticipation and responsiveness
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, with a combined strategic and operational vision appreciated in your professional environment
