Handle all Udemy Business outbound inquiries as a front-end sales Account Development Representative (ADR)
Focus on outbound prospecting by identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
Initiate conversations with key decision-makers, uncover their business challenges, and position Udemy Business as a solution that drives growth and employee development
Maintain a high cadence of activities through calls, video meetings, emails, and social media to develop inbound inquiries
Schedule product demonstrations with Account Executives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Udemy Business
Understand and convey the Udemy Business mission, value proposition, and product; become a brand ambassador
Conduct strategic research, proactively engage prospects, and persist to generate high-quality opportunities for the sales team
Requirements
Fluency in both Spanish and Italian
Experience in business development (preferably outbound), sales or related field experience
Self-motivated with a team player mentality
Ability to develop compelling customer stories that deliver results, with a strong attention to detail and active listening
Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage ambiguity
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
Active listener and determined; collaborative mindset
Analytical problem solving and proactiveness/initiative
Comfort with using various technologies and adaptability
In-office presence required three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Dublin, Ireland
