About the role
- Build scalable, reliable AI systems from prototypes to production across diverse AI use cases
- Deliver production-ready AI solutions and improve internal AI capabilities
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI, APIs, and services to solve internal business challenges using tools such as Workato and OpenAI
- Scope technical work and set realistic timelines
- Contribute to architectural design for AI systems to ensure scalability and maintainability
- Perform rigorous testing, validation, and documentation of AI solutions
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows
- Stay current with advancements in AI and assess their potential applications
- Participate in peer reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing within the AI team
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in AI engineering, preferably in a production environment
- Proficiency in prompt engineering for LLM interaction
- Experience building APIs and integrating AI models into applications
- Strong understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a small, agile team
- A continuous learning mindset with curiosity for emerging AI technologies
- Experience designing, building, and deploying agentic AI systems
- Experience with tools such as Workato and OpenAI
- Ability to take project ownership from idea to delivery, including architecture, coding, integration, and testing
- Collaboration experience with product, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders
