About the role
- Implement product features using ReactJS, Typescript, GraphQL, CSS, MobX (or similar), NextJS (or similar), Webpack, NPM, Datadog, accessibility best practices and web performance measurement
- Apply analytical problem solving, cross-functional communication, and systems thinking to ensure smooth execution of product features
- Lead optimization of code and processes to help the team achieve goals
- Design, lead, coordinate, execute, and deliver very complex projects at scale across pods and teams
- Identify, manage, and execute solutions for complexity across teams
- Create and leverage dashboards to ensure quality of experiences and that experiences solve business and user needs
- Lead a team within the Learn portfolio to help learners onboard, identify learning goals, and surface relevant content via recommendations, skills guidance, and GenAI
Requirements
- Expertise in ReactJS
- Proficiency in Typescript
- Experience with GraphQL
- Strong CSS skills
- Experience with MobX or similar state-management libraries
- Experience with NextJS or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with Webpack and NPM
- Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
- Experience measuring and optimizing web performance
- Exceptional analytical problem solving
- Cross-functional communication skills
- Systems thinking and architectural mindset
- Ability to design and lead complex projects and break them into deliverable milestones
- Ability to work independently and lead execution across teams
- Experience mentoring and setting standards for code quality, performance, and accessibility
