About the role
- This professional will act as a strategic link between the company’s core areas and the administrative/financial functions.
- The main focus is to ensure operational scalability through process structuring, data integrity and consultative support to leadership, executives and clients.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize and document end-to-end processes within the sales-focused area.
- Strategic Partnership (CEO & Partners): Provide direct advisory to senior management, focusing on scenario analysis, executive reporting and enabling special projects.
- Consultative Support to Leadership: Serve as a strategic interface with core-area managers to ensure operational alignment and achievement of institutional goals.
- Contract Management (MSA & SOW): Draft, review and control versions of Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Commercial Interface: Support the Sales team in structuring complex proposals, ensuring that client-specific requirements do not conflict with company policies.
- Approval Workflow: Orchestrate the back-and-forth between Legal, Finance and Operations to validate customized clauses.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain the CRM updated with contract effective dates, billing milestones and agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Requirements
- Solid experience as an administrative, process or operations analyst.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
- Practical knowledge of gathering, processing and presenting data and information.
- Systemic business vision and autonomy in analyzing and resolving multidisciplinary problems.
- Experience in data and process storytelling and familiarity with BI or analytics tools.
- Demonstrated practical experience interacting with senior management in previous roles.
- Possess a portfolio of implemented improvements from prior positions.
