About the role

  • Serve as a senior Solutions contributor on complex, high-value enterprise opportunities, supporting deal quality, structure, and solution integrity
  • Partner with Sales and regional Solutions leadership to ensure enterprise deals are properly scoped, feasible, and aligned to customer needs
  • Support deal strategy for assigned enterprise opportunities, balancing commercial goals with delivery considerations
  • Identify risks such as over-promising, misalignment, or gaps in discovery and escalate appropriately through Solutions leadership
  • Apply established enterprise solutioning standards and best practices in deal execution
  • Work in close partnership with the Global Head of Solutions to support enterprise deal coverage and prioritization
  • Collaborate with regional Solutions leaders to ensure enterprise opportunities are properly resourced
  • Act as a trusted senior voice in solutioning discussions, without functioning as a standalone escalation authority
  • Share field insights and feedback to continuously improve enterprise solution quality
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions and ROI narratives aligned to Uberall’s enterprise use cases
  • Translate technical and operational benefits into business-focused outcomes for executive buyers
  • Contribute to sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI models, and case narratives
  • Support go-to-market and product launches by bringing field-tested enterprise perspectives
  • Provide deep technical expertise across Uberall’s platform, integrations, and ecosystem
  • Design and validate enterprise-grade solution architectures
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer needs and technical feedback
  • Support complex demos, workshops, and executive solution briefings when required
  • Support senior Solutions Engineers in enterprise-level discovery, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
  • Share best practices, templates, and lessons learned across the Solutions team
  • Contribute to a culture of rigor, accountability, and high-quality execution

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in solutions engineering, enterprise consulting, sales engineering, or a related role
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-location, or enterprise customers
  • Strong ability to communicate business value, ROI, and technical feasibility
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
