About the role

  • Diagnose, fix and improve funnel friction from Inbound → MQL → SQL → Opportunity
  • Build and activate targeted growth campaigns, landing pages, and conversion flows
  • Execute segment and use-case–driven activation programs
  • Surface funnel insights and run fast test-and-learn cycles
  • Experiment with AEO and AI-driven search surfaces
  • Analyze regional funnel performance and surface actionable insights weekly
  • Partner closely with SDRs, RevOps, Paid Media, and Field Marketing to ensure campaign activation

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing within B2B SaaS
  • AI-forward marketer with hands-on experience integrating AI tools
  • Full-stack operator comfortable taking ideas from 0 → 1 → scale
  • Data-driven and funnel-aware strategist
  • Collaborative experimenter thriving in ambiguity
  • Experience with CRO, ABM, and campaign activation is a strong plus
