Requirements

  • Experience in Customer/Technical Support, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and are comfortable working remotely
  • Motivated by finding great solutions for customers
  • Ability to familiarize with new and technically complex issues
  • Experience with ticket and CRM systems (e.g. Jira, Salesforce)
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience working in an international team
  • Open to new ideas and approaches
  • Comfortable researching new issues
  • Bonus points for basic MySQL skills and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Postman, and location management on networks like Google and Facebook
