About the role
- Manage technical support requests from clients, focusing on KPIs like customer satisfaction.
- Escalate bugs through the appropriate internal channels (e.g. Jira).
- Collaborate with colleagues in the wider Customer Organization including Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer/Technical Support, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and are comfortable working remotely
- Motivated by finding great solutions for customers
- Ability to familiarize with new and technically complex issues
- Experience with ticket and CRM systems (e.g. Jira, Salesforce)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience working in an international team
- Open to new ideas and approaches
- Comfortable researching new issues
- Bonus points for basic MySQL skills and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Postman, and location management on networks like Google and Facebook
