About the role
- Conduct termination processes with attention to deadlines and labor legislation, ensuring a respectful, human-centered experience for the employee.
- Generate termination settlement documents and eSocial files, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Organize documents for audits, inspections and labor claims, contributing to secure and transparent processes.
- Support termination homologations (when applicable), schedule exit medical examinations and maintain clear communication with former employees and unions.
- Manage electronic timekeeping routines: handle overtime, absences and tardiness; issue and verify timecard reports; integrate time records with payroll.
- Welcome new employees, perform biometric registration and provide guidance on timekeeping procedures, fostering a welcoming onboarding experience.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements, aligned with internal policies and current legislation.
- Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity related to the organizational environment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or technologist program in progress in Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Technical knowledge: Personnel/Payroll routines, with focus on termination processes; management systems such as RM TOTVS (practical experience is a plus); labor and social security legislation; statutory obligations: eSocial (termination events); LGPD – Brazil's General Data Protection Law, applicable to handling employee information.
- Tools and platforms: Electronic timekeeping systems and management platforms (e.g., Zeev); Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for controls and reports; familiarity with system integrations for payroll.
- Skills: Organization and attention to detail.
- Good communication.
- Ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining process quality.
- Proactivity and a collaborative attitude to support continuous improvements.
