Manager

• Support the SVP, Institutional Giving with grant writing and drafting fundraising documents including but not limited to: letters of inquiry, proposals, reports, budgets, and site visits
• Serve as the institutional giving “point person” for uAspire leadership; prioritize key actions for them to take in completing grants and reports and support execution
• Conduct prospect research to help identify pipeline of institutional donors; maintain prospect lists; track and report progress of the prospect pipeline
• Manage a calendar of all institutional deadlines, deliverables, and action items and work with internal staff and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee and continually improve all aspects of grant process, including streamlining grant proposals, reports, acknowledgment letters and revenue reporting
• Keep accurate Salesforce records and updated activity notes with all funders
• Analyze historical and market data to support setting ambitious yet feasible revenue and retention goals
• Regularly track progress to goal and conduct analysis to identify what is driving and impeding progress
