General

• Process orders in the Alliance operating system
• Build relationships with rail, dray, and customers to meet customer requirements
• Manage customer business to ensure compliance with requirements
• Update the Alliance operating system with current shipment data daily
• Ensure timely execution of pickup and delivery functions for each customer order
• Resolve and communicate shipment problems or issues to customers
• Communicate issues outside SOPs and established measurements to Alliance management
• Train new team members as needed on handled accounts
• Manage customer intermodal freight traffic from origin through delivery
• Establish business relationships and communicate requirements to rail and drayage vendors
• Measure, manage, and assure complete fulfillment of customer needs
