Business Development Rep

• Plan, develop, coordinate and supervise business development and marketing efforts for new DfMA target opportunities
• Sell modular and piping fabrication in Advanced Technology, Power and other Industrial Markets
• Build client partnerships with other Mechanical Contractors
• Establish and implement business development goals and objectives aligned with company strategic plans
• Perform and direct research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential markets, customers, and projects
• Utilize the U.S. Engineering Company CRM to plan and monitor account development activities and project pipeline
• Partner with Director and regional leaders to prepare and implement business development action plans
• Monitor and facilitate communication regarding execution of action plans
• Build and foster relationships with primary clients, consultants, subcontractors to leverage opportunities
• Direct and supervise development of major proposals, presentations and brochure materials
• Train and assist project personnel in proposals to make effective presentations
• Plan and coordinate with business development administrative support personnel
• Support company involvement in community/philanthropic activities through regional events
• Work closely with Director, Project Development Personnel, and DfMA Development Officer to align procurement and operations business development strategy
• Develop and maintain business development budget with Director
• Participate in local and regional trade associations (e.g., GPA, COGA, SPE)
