About the role

  • Supports the Business Development and Proposal Department.
  • Researches and gains thorough knowledge of corporate capabilities including current customers, agencies, and contracts.
  • Manages a dynamic opportunity pipeline by adding and updating opportunities.
  • Assists with metrics compilation and updating.
  • Coordinates, drafts, sends, and tracks BD and proposal data calls.
  • Tracks team actions, priorities, and data calls.
  • Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, and manages action items.
  • Works with team to identify automations and methods to streamline tasking using AI and advanced automation tools.
  • Assists with proposal preparation and development.
  • Compiles technical SME proposal data through rapid interview techniques.
  • Develops proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and checklists to ensure adherence to Solicitation requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year business development and/or proposal development experience within the government contracting workspace.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present analysis and findings.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or a high school diploma?
  • Experience uploading and utilizing files in SharePoint.
  • Experience using GovWin and SAM.gov.
  • Experience with AI tools.
