Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs
Evaluate and assist in tracking and management of potential business leads, strategic partnerships, and new market segments
Build/maintain financial models, perform cost-benefit analyses, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure growth initiatives
Work with leadership to act as the "connective tissue" between sales, marketing, finance, and technical teams to ensure growth initiatives are executed smoothly
Assist leadership in creating business plans, pitch materials, and long-term expansion strategies
Maintain databases of potential partners and clients, often using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Support the creation of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Requirements

3 years of experience with data analysis or business development
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM systems
Highly organized with strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
