💰 $126,820 - $149,200 per year
About the role
- Leading and executing enterprise and business line talent strategies
- Consulting with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness
- Serving as talent coaches to senior leaders
- Acting as a culture champion with focus on inclusion
- Aiding the business through advanced people analytics
- Leading and influencing using workforce data and predictive analytics
- Working closely with senior leadership to achieve human capital strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of human resources, business or managerial experience
