💰 $98,175 - $115,500 per year

About the role

  • Focus on real estate from various real estate asset classes
  • Manage a specialty asset portfolio within the Asset Management Group client trust and agency accounts
  • Provide expert advice and counsel in portfolios such as loans and liabilities; farms, ranches, and timber; real estate; natural resources, private equity, or personal property
  • Responsible for the management, analysis, retention, development, and growth of these portfolios

Requirements

  • Five to eight years of experience in asset management and/or property management
  • Five to eight years of experience in real estate asset management
  • CPM® and CCIM™ designations are preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of portfolio management, administration, and portfolio analysis/risk management
  • Thorough knowledge of fiduciary principles and the implications of financial and estate planning on asset strategies
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
  • Good negotiation and client management skills
  • Well-developed customer service/relations skills
